Our FOUNDER
Shanta who is also The Head Chef of this restaurant, prepares all the dishes from her own recipe. She was about 12years old, when she started learning how to cook. She inherited the gift of cooking from her mother Madam Meenal. She gained her cooking experience and skills by cooking for small family gatherings and also for small temple functions. These experiences and her passion for cooking inspired her to start a restaurant. She loves and enjoys cooking and serving people food and thus her kitchen becomes her temple of happiness.
She is the Annapurna of her temple!
