The restaurant was founded by Madam Santhanamalah; affectionately known as Shanta which started operation on 18th January 2018. At first, it was a small restaurant.
Over time it has become a favourite restaurant with many regular patrons due to the variety of mouth watering dishes prepared with much love and care by Shanta. Along with her persistent hard work and dedication, the business grew bigger and the restaurant is now extended with the seating capacity of 100pax.

Shanta’s speciality is in her briyanis’ each variety of briyani is authentic in its taste. One must savour it to indulge their taste buds. It will be a culinary experience which will make the diner crave for more. That is one of the reasons why many of the first timers to Shanta’s Spice Kitchen become regulars. Now it has become a comfortable restaurant to dine-in where every dish tastes just like freshly home cooked.
